Aurélie listens to the customers and prospects. She strives to understand their needs in order to offer the most appropriate products corresponding to their profile. She works closely with the production team and makes sure that everyone has understood the briefing provided by the customer/prospect.

Client coach: a back up for Ilse, Edwin responds to the client's daily requests. He follows up the orders and if necessary gets in touch with the production team.

Client supervisor: Ilse is the head of the customer department. She keeps up to date the briefing concerning each customer and coordinates changes in a search or analysis profile to the corresponding team. She is constantly in contact with the customers by phone, e-mail or in person and therefore ensures a close follow up of each order.

Client coach: Thierry responds to the client's daily requests. He follows up the orders and if necessary gets in touch with the production team.

In support to Thierry for the radio and television department, Bertrand and his team are reviewing all issues of audiovisual information and synthesize the daily news. They keep track of the audiovisual production by ensuring the delivery of information to the customers.

In support of Thierry for the press department, every day, Gilles adapts the profiles of each order and manages in real-time the production of the articles, the virtual cutting, layout and delivery by e-mail or by mail to the customers. He coordinates the reading team in order to keep the rate of production in line with the daily news.

A specialist in media monitoring for 15 years, Axel is specialized in the follow up of social media. He has a facebook page and is active on Twitter. He helps the customers to understand social media by adopting the correct search criteria and filters in order to identify their presence in a relevant way.

She maintains relations with the international customers and coordinates the follow up their studies.

Christophe coordinates the teams and ensures a perfect organizational structure within Auxipress in order to guarantee the smooth running of the daily activities. He keeps a critical eye on the structural health of the company and ensures its viability, which is necessary for the customer's trust.      

Owner of the Auxipress brand for 32 years, Joachim encourages the staff by supporting their initiatives. Thanks to his experience and knowledge of the media monitoring and analysis industry on an international level, he inspires the staff and contributes to the strategic vision which is constantly adapted to the new technologies and the needs of the communication and marketing industry. What’s more, Joachim is also General Secretary of the International Federation of media monitoring companies.

Thierry supervises and manages the daily flow of orders. He manages the consistency of the search profiles and ensures that all teams involved in the process of media monitoring and analysis deliver a service according to the customer's needs.
