What use can be made of the articles in compliance with copyright law?

What do primary usage right and secondary usage right mean?
The primary usage right is including in our prices, which means the sending of the Auxipress articles to one e-mail address at the customer’s.

What the customer can do without paying for a secondary usage right:

  • keep the articles on one PC for a maximum of three months
  • print the articles to make a hard copy archive
  • consult the Auxipress platform, the articles remain available for 6 months (1 access per order– if not, this also forms part of the secondary usage rights)


For any other use, the customer will have to contact Mediargus and/or Copiepresse in order to conclude a contract for secondary usage rights. The amount will depend on several criteria: distribution internally, externally, by intranet or web site, how many people, how many articles etc.
