Sensitive to social, environmental and economic concerns, we have chosen to integrate some our reflexions with our vision of a responsible corporate culture:
This governance comprises the following initiatives:
- the implementation of telecommuting and flexible time schedules in order to harmonize professional and family life.
- continuous training for the staff, developing employees knowledge and potential.
- regular internal events (incentives, learning lunchs, drinks…) to strengthen communication between the different internal departments.
- implementation of technological developments in order to offer innovative services and products to our customers. With the digitalization of our production system we considerably decreased the consumption of paper. We also foster electronic invoicing in order to reduce print, postage and transportation.
As education is one of the first leverage to access information and knowledge, Auxipress supports Unicef Belgium as a bonze sponsor since 2013, trying to contribute on our level to make this world a better place. We support the communications strategy of Unicef Belgium by providing media monitoring and media impact studies of their awareness campaigns.
