Corporate Social Responsibility

Sensitive to social, environmental and economic concerns, we have chosen to integrate some our reflexions with our vision of a responsible corporate culture:

This gouvernance comprises the following initiatives :

  • waste treatment.
  • the implementation of a responsible purchase policy.
  • the implementation of telecommuting and flexible time schedules in order to harmonize professional and family life.
  • continuous training for the staff.
  • worker protection and welfare at work (ergonomics of jobs, creative, regular interpersonal communication).
  • the implementation of technological developments in order to offer innovative services and products to our customers. The electronic transfer of data and the development of our electronic platform (ADdirect) has considerably changed our production system and therefore we considerably decreased the use of paper: for nearly 4 years, we have been economising on the printing of 600 000 A4 pages per year.

Auxipress and the Olympic Games
the coming Olympic games in London will be held from the 27th of July until the 12th of August 2012. The Belgian Olympic and Interfederal Committee (COIB) have chosen Auxipress as an official supplier for the Belgian Olympic Team.

We also support charity foundations such as the Fond pour la Chirurgie cardiaque and since several years the International Polar Foundation, which is chaired by the explorer Alain Hubert.

Auxipress also supports artists such as the painter Michel Mouffe and the photograph Stéphane Noël.

Michel Mouffe is a worldwide well-known abstract painter who has exposed in Europe, Asia and the United State. Some of you have already had the opportunity to see one of his creations, the achievement inside the subway station Erasme: a performance of several pictures and photographic ensembles around the them of humanism.

Michel Mouffe exhibits a range of 14 pictures in our offices. If you wish to learn more about Michel Mouffe, than you would find a press file and a short pamphlet about the artist at the entrance of our offices. Our doors are open for a visit!
