Close to the customer. Fernand accompanies the customer and communicates their specific requests to the production team. He ensures that the customer’s needs and expectations match the service delivered. He remains permanently at their disposal and strives to offer the best possible product strategy adapted to the evolution of the media and the customer needs.

Aurélie listens to the customers and prospects. She strives to understand their needs in order to offer the most appropriate products corresponding to their profile. She works closely with the production team and makes sure that everyone has understood the briefing provided by the customer/prospect.

Client coach: a back up for Ilse, Edwin responds to the client's daily requests. He follows up the orders and if necessary gets in touch with the production team.

Client supervisor: Ilse is the head of the customer department. She keeps up to date the briefing concerning each customer and coordinates changes in a search or analysis profile to the corresponding team. She is constantly in contact with the customers by phone, e-mail or in person and therefore ensures a close follow up of each order.
